DUTY'S WHERE HE FINDS IT BALTIMORE, June 4 W)—To Harry G. Bartlett, duty's where ou find it—on the, shores of Tri- oli or in a Baltimore shipyard. For 30 years, this retired lieutenant-colonel of the marines found uty in Haiti, Guam, France and China. He was rocked by earth- uakes to Guam and browned by Haitian suns. "From"'the'halls'of iontezuma to the shores of Tri- oli" was more than a song—it was lis way of life. Pearl Harbor interrupted his even years' retirement.
