[ WHITE ROCK Ajn'il 29.—Mr. and Mrs. John Angle and Martha spent Sunday at Hollis Cook's. J. 0. Simmons and family were Sunday guests of Joe Fuller and fam- iiy. Alva Miller's visited their daughter. Myrtle Boi'ggren, who is ill, on Wednesday Wednesday evening. White Rock's .school was out Friday. Friday. A fine program'was presented by the pupils. A basket dinner was served. The Hustler class is to hold a class party at the church Thursday evening. Will Smith was helping Arthur Freed refloor his house. Alma Dean Fuller is entertaining the mumps.^ Wednesday evening about one hundred hundred and fifty people met at the White Rock church to give a reception reception for John Angle and family. The evening was spent in playing games. Later in the evening refreshments were served. A few from here attended the Seniors' Seniors' play at Republic Friday evening. Ollie Miller spent Sunday at Fred Allen's. Alva Miller's spent Sunday at Warren Warren Berggren's.
