Division No. 3. of th Lackawanna county exemption boards, which has headquarters at this this place, will send another contingent contingent of young men on Tuesday or Wednesday to Campe Meade, Admiral, Md. The young men, 10 in ndmber, will depart on the 9:11 a. m. south bound D. & H. 4raln and will travel the same route as the other four quotas.
