2022 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the San Angelo Amateur Radio Club. The club has engaged in a century of community service, STEM education, emergency preparedness, and disaster response. Founded in 1922, members from all walks of life have contributed to advancement of the radio communications "state of the art" both in the amateur arena and in the business of wireless communications in the Concho Valley. Today the club has 40+ members and continues its founding traditons.
