Ask Time On Dump Problem PLATTSBURGH - The city is asking the Town of town for an extension of time correct conditions at its landfi dump. The mayor said he has con ferred with the dump operator several times to stress the ur gency of controlling the opera tion. Several steps have bee taken, including the posting s i g n s forbidding unauthoriw b u r n i n g and dumping closing hours. The mayor advised one of first actions in offiqe was to it the dump.
