Romantic News Stars Sisters Two romantic announcements concern Ann Cecelia Kaplan and her sister, Gene. Gene's marriage to Walter Balysh was solemnized April 19 at the Lee Plaza while Ann's engagement to Thomas LaVeck, Jr., is being officially announced. The girls are the daughters of Mrs. Philip L.
