Cummings. Horace George was out joy-riding joy-riding joy-riding Saturday on a motorcycle' and had the misfortune of having a wreck on the corner near the Christian Church here, when he hit the hand brakes and was thrown over the cycle. He was taken to Bedford Medical Center by his grandson, Larry Norman, who was visiting him. He had three broken ribs, a large cut on his head which required several stitches and several bruises and skinned places. Those calling Sunday on Horace George were Mr. and Mrs. Morris Norman and sons Greg and Larry and daughter Sandra, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hill and daughter of Columbus, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Cain and Mrs. Paul Sovern of Bedford, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Cummings. Skeet George and Harry George and wife of Liberty. His daughter, Wanda, stayed to spend a few days with her father while he is recuperating from his accident.
