Mrs. JoAnne Kohlwey, Provo, received a commendation ribbon with medal pendant which was awarded posthumously to her husband, Army 2nd Lt. Richard J. Kohlwey, former Logan resident, at recent ceremonies held at Ft. Douglas. Lt. Kohlwey, who was killed in Korea Oct. 24, 1953, in an explosion, was the assistant executive officer of an artillery battery assigned to the 40th Infantry Division, 625th Field Artillery.
