Teller of Bank Captures Robber ST. LOUIS, April 13. IP--The FBI said tonight that William Evans, arrested here after a plucky woman bank teller chased him through the streets, has more than $1,000,000 in his criminal criminal career. Gerald B. Norris, agent in charge of the FBI office here, Evans, 61, Milton, Mass., began criminal career in 1907. Norris Evans stole $150,000 from a York bank in 1915 and $500,000 U. S. treasury notes in New in 1936.
