MAYOR LISTS DROWNED MAN Doesn't Know Why Harrison Angstadt Has Failed to Report Lists of men, who have failed to report for physical examination, are rapidly coming in to T. Henry Walnut, Walnut, special Assistant U. S, Attorney. Government investigators have been assigned to round up the men. Heavy penalties, Mr. Walnut said, would be imposed on the men should they fail to appear at the cantonments, as they have automatically become soldiers soldiers in the new National Army. Attorney Walnut explained that some of the missing men have changed changed addresses, others have left the country, a few are ignorant, perhaps, of the draft machinery, but this does not excuse them, while the remainder remainder are slackers.
