Concerning l'erry Justice. Died at his home in West Mineral, February 16, 1914, W. P. Justice. Perry Justice was born and raised on a farm in Perry county, Illinois. About 32 years ago he came to Kansas and settled in Lake View locality, where he lived for many years and was well known as a thrifty well to do farmer-Three farmer-Three farmer-Three years ago his health begaji to fail him and he sold part of the farm to his son, John Justice, and retired to West Mineral to spend his remaining remaining days free from the care and labor on the farm. Mr. Justice was 69 years of age he is survived by a widow and 7 children, Wm. A. Justice of Hudson, Texas; J. W. Justice of this vicinity; J. C. JuBtice of Fortner. Kansas and Alf Justice of Mineral, Mrs- Mrs- Jane Graham Graham of Columbus, Mrs. Bettie Boland of Clmmcron, Kansas and Mrs. B. W. Cross of Mineral, Kansas. Besides his family Mr. Justice leaven a host of relatives and friends to mourn his loss. Rev. Wilkison conducted the funeral services, after which the remains remains were laid to rest in the Bolend cemetery.
