INJURED The great the on stopping he While engaged In loadlug logs at Perron Brothersiramp at Wolverine yesterday Joseph DeMars of Escanaba. was struck by a log and the bone of his left leg. a short distance above the knee was fractured. Joseph Perron, who was at the camp when the accident occured, at once ordered a ■pedal train sent from Wells to Wolverine and' the injured man was brought to dtte city shortly after 9:30 o'clock last «light. He was met at the station by Dr. P. C. Dube and Dr. W. A. Lem ire and was taken to the Delta county hospital in the ambulance. The fractured / t one was set and *t was announced " by the physicians that there waB little question but that the limb could be saved. The patient will be confined to the hospital for some time how ever.
