Joe Zubik -- Enters lambs in Fort Bend County Fair
Ft. Bend County Fair Continues Through Saturday Joe Zubik, Marvin Smith, Ray Williams, Jack Tamplin, and Dennis Alexander Katy FFA members, entered lambs in the Fort Bend County Fair which opened Wednesday. The auction will take place Thursday night at 7:30. Gayle In- to gram will be the auctioneer. in in in Thursday morning the judging of the open beef show starts at 10:00 a.m. Friday at 6:30 p.m. a lalent show is scheduled and the rodeo starts at 8:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. judging halter classes begins followed by quarter horse show and performance classes. At 2:00 p.m. a Pet Show will be held. Admission lo Ihe fair is 50 cents for adults and 25 cenls for children. Rodeo admission is 50 cents for children and from $1.00 to $2.00 for adulls. The exhibils are complele showing farm products, handwork, antiques, canning, flower arrangements and numerous olher divisions. The livestock and poullry show and rodeos are well planned. Various organiza- lions prepare meals or snacks for sale — so you can enjoy "home cooking" by going to the booths on the fail- grounds.
