McGrath is assisted by his brothers, James H., T. P., .and Robert H. McGrath. McGratns are all native sons of California. Their father, the late Dominick McGrath, was born in Ireland. He came to Southern California in 1872. settled in Ventura county, raised a large family, developed a large property, and died in December of last year. The McGrath brothers are among the very successful farmers this region. They have gone in for diversified fanning. They raise the best of oranges and lemons, the highest quality of sugar beets and lima beans and walnuts. They have 300 head of cattle In their fields, and butter is not surpassed for excellence anywhere in the state.
