BLAMES WIFE ANE ESCAPES CHARGE OF BOOTLEGGING John Boyczuk, 80 Curtis street, blamed his wife Kaska when he was charged with breach of the Temperance Temperance act in police court today, and got away with it. lloyczuk also blamed his wife when he was charged with theft of coal from a railway Jan. 26. She was convicted, and he refused to pay her line. Evidence today showed liquor had been sold In his house. The woman sold it, Uoyczuk said, so the charge against him was dismissed.
