Logan, W. Va., June 11. (/P>—Cary Bialr, 29, ot Harts Creek, was con- Icted tonight ot the second-degree murder ot a man he claims was killed by a hltch-hlkor. He previously had been sentenced to lite imprisonment tor the death of Hawkins Bishop, Logan county political leader, but was gi-anted a new trial by the supreme court. Blair and his brother, Jespe, who also was sentenced to lite imprisonment imprisonment but now awaits a new trial by supremo court order, contended Bishop left their automobile and was killed in a quarrel with o hitch-hiker in 1933. Sentencing of Cary Blair for second second degree murder was defeired. LOGAN COUNTY MAN IS CONVICTED OF MURDER
