Jennie Armstrong and Annie Kreiser To Be Removed To Institution JUDGE GRANTS PETITIONS WiD Be Sent To Village For Feeble Minded At Laurenden, Pa. Jud'ge Henry this morning granted a petiuon tor the tranator ot two Lebanon girls, Jennie Armstrong and Annie Kreiser, from tho Ulenn M,iH« .Reformatory, near Philadelphia, '.o the Pennsylvania Village lor the feeble minded, at Laurenden, Pa. Mentality liupuU-od Miss Marette Smith, a physician at tbe Glenn Mlllo institution, appeared In behalf of the institution as petitioner, and testified that,the Armstrong girl has been there since lUiS and Is about 22 years of age; that she i* grossly subnormal in mentality; that in mental tests mado showed mentality of only !) years and 4 months when she reached the pla«e, and gained only 4 months in mental progress in three years- The witness stated that the Kraieor girl showed immoral tendencies though only 16 years of age. Mothers Protest Mario Shearer, of West Cumberland street, mother of the Armstrong girl, and Lillie Kreieer. mother of the Kreieer g_irl, appears in Court, and both protested against the transfer, and declared that If the girls were restored to parental custody they could properly cave for them. Judge Henry questioned them as to why they had' previously failed to exercise their power to discipline them. Answers were not satisfactorily and the t Court there- for eranted tbe petition of the Glenn Mills officials. District Attorney D. 'V. Light presented the cases to tbe Court. •
