Judge Orders Ferron Oaks, 18, 2697 N. 400 E was ordered released from the Utah State Industrial School this week by Second District Court Judge Charles G. Cowley. Young Oaks was sent to the school June 20 after admitting several burglaries and armed robberies from January to May of this year. He will remain on probation for an indefinite period. Judge Cowley also sentenced one man to the state prison and placed six persons on probation. T. L. Hoggart, 37, no address, pleaded guilty to writing a fictitious check and was sentenced to serve one to 10 years. _ Two men were granted probation on condition they return to their home states. Paul J. Bower- sonx, 45, was ordered returned to Pennsylvania after pleading guilty to writing a check against insufficient funds. George Hamblin, 33, will be granted probation on a check charge if he returns to Ohio. Both men were ordered held in the county jail until transportation arrangements can be made. Beverly R. Andrews, 32. 3384 Quincy, will serve in jail until Sept. 11 and then she will be returned to probation. The defendant pleaded guilty to violating the terms of her probation by writing a bad check. Frank J. Reyna, 20, Clearfield, pleaded guilty to burglarizing Walt's Market, 251 17th, and was placed on probation along with Ronald H. Morgan, 19, Salt Lake City, who pleaded guilty to writing a bad check, and Jerry W.
