News from Siunas. From our S'coi'd! Correspondent, Tho first frost of the season yisitfd us on tho night of the 14ih iust. I; was quite slight in this section. The last touch of frost here was on May the 1st ; a biimcioiitly long season to ripen almost anything that grows, if only the clouds would keep away a little more. Mr. Nairn has bought 30 acres of land aud tho buildings thereon, from Mr. Hodgson, - - iuo price paid on the buildings was $1000, and tho laud was sold at $100 per aero. We be lieve Mr. Nairn intends going into fruit farming extensively. Ha will move at once on to his uewiy acquir ed property,
