attended this workshop. Memorial Baptist Holds Girls Auxiliary Coronation "There's a Place in Every Girls' Auxiliary Heart for World Missions" was the theme of the recent program honoring queens and queens with scepters at the Memox'ial Baptist Church. Mrs. Harold Billings was the coronation leader. Assisting were Mrs. Aiieen Hamil, pianist; Tommy Tommy Laird, herald and Mrs. Athol Athol Price, G. A. Director. The congregational song was "We've a Story to Tell" and the benediction was given by Mrs. T. L. Bridges. Maidens, Ladies - in - Waiting and Princesses wore the recognized recognized uniform of the G.A.'s, white blouses and green shorts. Maidens were Donna Mc'Dan- iel, Martha Moore, Eunice Overstreet, Overstreet, and Beverly Zubik. Ladies - in - Waiting were Laurie Ball, Terry Sanders and Verlene Myers. Princesses were Gayle Billings, Billings, Lisa Coker, Kay' Hopper, Aranna Overstreet, Penny Sharp and Barbara Sheffield. Special honorces. Queens and Queens with Scepters, chose long white formal gowns. Honored with these titles were Robin Ball whose flower girl was Cindy Zubik and crown bearer, Robert. Whitmore; Jan Ballings whose flower girl was Carol Billings and crown bearer, bearer, Forrest Stoemer; Betty Lin- elman, flower girl Leigh Ann Cannata and crown bearer, Douglas Dittman; Cheryl Stoer- ner, flower girl, Connie Stoer- ner and crown bearer, Joel Ball. Queens with Scepters 'were Hilda Dickerson whose flower girl was Deann Gibbs and scepter scepter bearer, Tony Price; Gayle Edwards whose flower girl was Ren'a Chamblee and scepter bearer, Kyle Sears. Honors are given to girls «-ho are recognized for their special work in learning scriptures, writing themes, making flags! of mission countries and meeting regularly. There are twenty - two girls who are working toward these honors. Counselors for the group are Mrs. William Whitmore, Mrs. H C. Ball, Mrs. E. H. Stoerner Mrs. D. W. Balke, Mrs. Herbert Sharp, Mrs Bobby Lintelman, and Mrs. Don Dittman. Decorations for this coronation were green, yellow and white. A large heart of gold centered the presentation area. "The World Ih Our Hearts" was inscribed inscribed atop the large heart. The theme was further carried out in programs distributed before the ceremony. The girls are meeting weekly tj study the importance of world missions and carry the missionary missionary program to the level of youth.
