The w i l l of Mrs. H a n n Alton has ween admitted to probate in the c o u n t y court here and Wyss has been a p p o i n t e d executor. o u r t ] The estate is v a l u e is 000 and Mrs. Dora Belle \Vyss principal legatee. Mrs. Caroline Fos- f j t e r b t i r g of 3 0 7 3 Cook | Louis, a daughter, is given $1,000, | and E. L. Wjss, a grandson, to j en $ 2 , O u O which is- placed the to be paid over to him with the interest when he reaches the age of 21. A provision is made that any beneficiary will lose their legacy in thp event of an attempt on their to break the will. The will was executed on September 9, 1903, and was witnessed by Herman A. Wutz- ler and H. E. Busse.
