Harwell Cited At All-Rice Banquet Gordon Harwell of Houston, son- in-law of Mrs. Mattle McDonald of Corslqana, was noted among the outstanding rlca leaders Introduced Introduced at the first annual National Rice Industries dinner and convention at the Shamrock Hotel on-Tuesday evening.
