Dallasites seek new airline AUSTIN. Tex. f UP I)-Three Dallas men are seeking a state permit to put a new airline into service July 1 with flights between seven South Texas cities. The men, Clifton W. Cassidy Jr.. George F. Dillman and Mike A. Myers, are principal stockholders and the directors of Rio Airways Ind. All are associates of former Gov. John B. Connally, The proposed service would include daily non-stop flights between Houston and Corpus Christi, and another flight along the same route with a stop-off in Victoria. The airline also proposes to fly a five city route-from San Antonio to Corpus Christi. Harlingen, McAllen and Laredo and back—twice a day.
