To the members of the congregation, who filled the parish hall at a dinner, preceding the meeting, reports were made by leaders of all the church organizations. These were David McKean for Acolyte Guild: Mrs. Earl M. Marston, Altar Guild; Mrs. E. ,T. bard, St. Pauls auxiliary; Mrs. Watson Luke, Daughters of the King; Adele Parsons, Junior Daughters of the King; Mrs. Robert Partridge, Hillsborough Circle; T)r. Raymond J. Reitzel, men's forum; John B. Cockcroft, Jr., Boy organizations; Terry Ann McNary. young people's fellowship; Henry Stephens, music committee; Aubrey F. Lee. canvass committee: Leslie M. Johnson, building com mittee. Debt Clearing Thomas G. Foster, Jr., emphasized that 1947 had been the year of clearing of the debt and that would see plans go forward for building of the new parish house, to replace and enlarge the existing frame structure on Occidental avenue. The rector. Rev. Francis P. Foote, in his report, announced that the active communicant membership stood at 984, and that the past year there had been 63 persons confirmed, 117 baptisms, and 52 weddings. The financial report showed that the recent canvass had been a success, the goal of $25,000 having been oversubscribed. Convention Delegates Delegates elected to represent St. Paul's at the annual convention of the Diocese of California, to held in San Francisco in April, were the following: Alfred B. Cargill, George J. Davis, Mrs. George .7. Davis, Leslie M. Johnson, C. Coolidge Kreis, Aubrey F. Lee and Norman Rushton. Their alternates will be Thomas G. Foster, Jr., W. C. F. Gillam, E. J.
