NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE No. 5848 Notice Is hereby.given that In pur suanc of an Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, on the 28th day of December, 1929, in an action wherein A. R. Moore, was plaintiff, and A. L. Shackelford, Dona Shackelford, Bert Shack elford, Lois Shackelford, First National Bank in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Irving Page, Receiver of First National Bank in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, First National Bank of Muldrow, Oklahoma, Irving Page, Receiver of First National Bank of Muldrow^ Oklahoma, Thos. J. Watts, S. D. Nelson, Henry Morgan, The Graves Farm Loan Investment Company, Suppes Oil and Gas Com pany, C. E. Suppes, B. L. Abicht, G. B. Suppes, and Industrial Oil & Gas Company, were, defendants, directed to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Sequoyah County, commanding me to levy upon and sell without appaisement, the following described property: West half of northwest quarter of southwest quarter and southwest quarter of southwest quarter of northwest quarter section five, and west half of northwest 'quarter and northwest quarter of southwest quarter and south half of southwest quarter and east half of northwest quarter of southeast quarter; west half of northeast quarter of southeast quarter and, northeast quarter of northeast quarter of southeast quarter of section 22, township 11 north, range 26 east, and that part of southeast quarter of northeast quarter of southwest quarter ^and that part of west half of northeast quarter of southwest quarter, section 17, township 10 north, range 26 east, lying south and west of Big Skin Bayou Creek, and northeast quarter of southeast quarter and east half of southeast quarter of northeast quarter section 18, ownship 10 north, range 26 .east, containing 357.75 acres, more or ' less, in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma; --- - , to satisfy a judgment in favor of said plaintiff, A. R. Moore, and against said defendants, obtained and made in said Court on the 27th day of June, 1929, for the sum of $17,497.76, together with interest upon same from date of judgment at 10 peifcent per annum, and $1500,00. attorney fee and costs, and judgment in favor of defendant, Thos. J. Watts, against A. L. Shackelford and Dona Shackelford for $176350, togeth er with interest upon same from date of judgment at the rate of 10 percent per annum, and also a judgment in favor of said defendant, Thos. J. Watts, against Bert Shackelford and Lois Shackelford for $1717.75, with interest upon same from date of judgment at 8 percent per annum and costs, and costs accruing, I will on the 3rd day of February, 1930, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., of said day, at the front door of the Courthouse in the City of Sallisaw, in said County and State, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said real estate above described, or so much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest and costs.
