On complaint of Gcorgo Gathers, street car conductor, a warrant was ^sued for Roy Foster of Gas City, today,; charging him with assault witli intent to kill and; also a warrant for Jolin Foster, charging him with aiding .^nd abetting the assault. Roy is a sojn of John Foster. The warrants were issued as « ro- ult of a fight in which it is said over a dozen men tooli part at the McRae strejet junction in Gas City last nifht about nine o'clock. The Fosters condtict a restaurant at Gas City but it was in charge of rel- atives today. T^ate this afternoon the divorce <a.-;c instituted by Mrs. Foster was called In district court. Mr. Foster is un• der age being but 19 years old and the cotirt apiwinted J. Marshal I.,amer as his guardian ad litem. .T. u. Barnes appeared for Mrs. Foster. The defendant did not appear and the wif" was granted a decref divorcing lier from her husband and restoring her maiden name to her. The couple married only last Afarcl In her petition Mrs. Foster charged ,crueltjj on the part of her husband.
