Find Body Of Long Sought Negro Woman Near Paris j ' Skeleton In Wooded Clump Identified Deputy Sheriff Jack Reeves Wednesday announced that a skeleton identified" as that of Lena Peoples, ;,gcd Negro woman missing since July 11, had been found in a wooded patch not far southeast of the city limits. Reeves, who with County Attorney M. D. Emerson and Justice of the Peace U. S. Logue conducted an investigation at the scene, said Walter Lewis, a farmer and two step-sons came upon (the skeleton and bits of clothing in the woods north of Highway 49 and west of the railroad under- I pass on that road.
