One of the features : of the concert were the violin solos of Mr. Henrotte. Other special num-.bers num-.bers num-.bers on the program were: Saxa-phone Saxa-phone Saxa-phone solo, Joseph Winters teen; soprano soprano solo, Louise Llewellyn, and all piano accompaniments were by Miss Jean Houghton. Mrs. Minnie Gebhart The death of Mrs. 'Minnie Gebhart, aged , 49, occurred at the hosmtaL where she was a patient for a short J urae, wiin aeatn due to heart trouble. trouble. She was born in town, and spent most of her life here, having lived a few years at East Lewisburg, where she was a member of the Lu theran Church. ' Besides her husband, husband, Adam, there are two daugh ters. Mrs. IL w. Manning. Miss i lor ence Gebhart, Williamsport; her mother, Mrs. Sarah Sponenberg, and tnree sisters. Funeral services will be held from the Serin Funeral Home on Friday afternoon at 2:30. with Rev. V. Nau fie, of Lewisburg, and Rev. A. W. mith, of town, in charge. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Annex. Basketball Awards At a chapel assembly, at the high school, Coach C. C. Bream presented members of the 1941 basketball team their awards for the season. Those who received sweaters are David Carrabba, Marvin Bower, Henry Davenport, Joseph Bolinski, and student student manager, Dome Gross. Letters were given to James Reap, Roland Wear, George Ragan and Joe Colone. Brief News Mr. and Mrs. C. B.. Winner, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Leiby and Mr. and Mrs. Eston Hileman, of Bloomsburg, .were the dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Varner.
