H had been 1U. but his condition. was not considered critical A native of Red Hook, he was the son or James E. and Margaret Miller Outwater. He passed some years In Red Hook before coming to this city two decades decades ago. He had conducted an antique shop at Mo Main street sine that time, Surviving him art his wif. Mrs. Edith Kelley Outwater: two: sons. Frederick and Claude Outwater, and a daughter. Mrs. Otto Wclbrlch,' all of .Uus city; and a sister, Mrs, William William O. Unangst of New York. Funeral services will be - held at the borne of his daughter, Mrs. Welbrlch, as it ruiion avenue, at a p. m. sun - day. Arrangement are In charge of the McCornac Funeral service.
