AValrkr, and is intended for the Alabama river trade. She is of the first class, and will be finished and furnished in splendid style. She is 22l ft. long; 31 1-2 H. beam; 7 1-211. hold; has two engines with 24 inch cylinders and 9 ft. stroke; and four 12 inch boilers, 32 ft. long. me niessrs. nowara a nave two other boats un der way, and appear to be doing a flourishing business. One of the boats is for Copt. Dalfkkbs, and is intended for the Coast trade. She is 175 ft. long, oX) It. beam, and G ft. hold. The other hi for Capt. Cannon, and is intended for the Ouachita trade. She is 200 ft. long, 32 ft. beam, and 7 ft. hold.
