in. OKLAHOMANS DIED ' ACCIDENTALLY SUNDAY (By The Associated Press) Four Oklahomans died accidental accidental deaths Sunday, three in traffic accidents, and one, Ray, A. Smith, Tulsa swimming coach, of a heart attack which he suffered while swimming. Tommy Bear, 19, a wealthy Indian youth, was killed and John Steen, 37, was injured when their car ran into a ditch near Commerce. Tom Hill, 28, Seminole, was killed when his truck overturned overturned near McAlester. His wife and two children escaped uninjured. uninjured. Mrs. Josie Powell of Wewoka was killed and Mr. and Mrs. George Tiger of Holdenville were injured seriously in a collision collision near Holdenville. a I bulance brought. him to Miami.
