James Malta James Malia, 60, 142 Grant avenue, Forest City, died at 8 o'clock Thursday night in the Mercy hospital following a four weeks' Illness.. . , Surviving are his widow; three sono, amis, Philadelphia; Joseph and Wal ter, Forest City; four daughters, Mrs John Fitzpatrick, Jessup; Mrs. Joseph Kelleher, Forest City, arid Loretta and Catherine Malia, Forest City; four sisters, Mrs. Paul Derrick, Mrs. Leo O'Neill, Mis7es Anna and Helen Malia, all of Binghamton, N. Y., and two brother:, Patrick, Port Jsrvis, ,N. Y., and Charles, Chicago, 111. ' A 'requiem mass will be celebrated at 30 o'clock Monday morning in St. Aomes' church. Forest City. Inter ment will be made in the parish cemetery.
