A royal blue wool suit, with veiled circlet of feathers in royal blue and a pink rose corsage, was worn by the mother of the bride. The bridegroom's mother chose a beige wool knit dress with matching jacket, beige pillbox hat, and had a corsage of yellow mums and roses. A reception was held at Breakers on the Lake, with 35 realtives of the couple guests at the wedding dinner.
