Blo- Mc-Elwee, Fraw-ley, Mrs. Richard Stephens Dead ihe death of Mrs. Richard Ste phens, aged 54, occurred last evening at 9 o'clock at Nesbitt West Side Hospital following a brief iUnesa of complications. Mrs. Stephens had been complaining for some time and last week was removed to the hospital hospital where she underwent an operation last Friday. Her condition seemed to improve and hopes were entertained for her recovery. Last evening she took; a turn for the worse and passed peacefully away. Mrs. Stephens was a resident of Plymouth since childhood childhood and through her kind and benevolent disposition she won a wide circle of friends who will mourn her demise. She was an ardent worker for the Franklin street Primitive Methodist Church and was always found willing to assist in a beneficlent enterprise. She was a loving wife, a devoted mother and a kind neighbor and always received the good word of her many acquaintance She is survived survived by her husband and the following following children: James Stephens, Rev. John Stephens, of St Clair, Edna Stephens Stephens at home, and Harry Stephens, of Wilkes-Barre. Wilkes-Barre. Wilkes-Barre. Two brothers, John Rowe and Charles Rowe, and three sisters, Miss Alice Rowe, of Plymouth; Plymouth; Mrs. Maxwell Carington, of Philadelphia, and Mrs. William James, of Plymouth, also survive.
