Silverstein, City Council last night approved a 10-year 10-year 10-year lease for the merry-go-round merry-go-round merry-go-round merry-go-round merry-go-round at Ontario Beach Park. Lifting what ordinarily would pass as routine Council business into a sharp political issue, Silverstein Silverstein balked at voting for the lease to Lloyd J.
