SALIC OF VALUABLE of Land NEAR DENTON PUBLIC SALE OF VALUABLE PERSONALTY Having decided to discontinue house- by virtue of the power and contained in a Power of At- Charles R. Porter and Porter, his wife, to J. Owen dated September 8tb, 1932, about to be recorded among Record Books for Caroline undersigned as Attorney in aforesaid will offer and expose sale to the highest bidder in the Courthouse door in the Denton, Maryland, on Sept. 27th, 1932 hours of 2 and 4 o'clock p. following described property: tract, piece or parcel of land lying and being in the Third District of Caroline county, north of Denton and on the of the road leading from street in said town toward Adams and is bounded on the the lands of Charles Ellwanger, south by other lands of Charles Ellwanger (a part of land), on the west by the road leading from Denton towards Landing, and on the north road leading from the State " to the lands of said Lei and said latter road being between and other lands of Short, that conveyed containing Acres of Land less, being the same land conveyed Thomas A. Schlegel by T. and Ella S. Fisher, his deed dated August 23rd, 1919, in Liber L. B. T., No. 81, a land record book for Caroline aforesaid; and being also land conveyed by Thomas A. and wife to the said Charles R. Lena L. Porter, his wife, by date March 22nd, 1923, keeping and leave the farm, I will Monday, Sept. 26th, sell at public sale on the farm now reside, known as the Anthony Farm, located at Anthony's Mill, on road from Denton to Hobbs, 2 miles from Denton. 1 mile from Hobbs. sale will take place promptly at 10 o'clock rain or shine, and will consist my entire lot of personalties, which below as follows: 3 bed-room suites consisting of bedsteads, springs, mattresses, feather beds, pillows, bolsters, spreads and coverings of all descriptions. Sitting-room and living-room furniture consisting rocking chairs, cane seat and stool bottom; rugs, both large and small; carpets and mattings, library tables, leaf tables, organ. New Home sewing machine, wall pictures; mirrors, vases and ornaments, couches, dining-room table, 2 sets dining-room chairs, wood heaters, oil heater, 3-burnet stove,range, cook table, kitchen safe, kitchen chairs, glassware and chinaware, chinaware, glass jars and jelly glasses, line cooking utensils, wash tub and board, ironing board. TOOLS Such as hoes, shovels, forks, rakes and axes, dearborn, grain Ian. cultivator, plow, cornsheller. grindstone, carriage carriage and harness. In this sale will many pieces of antique.
