CHARLES D. WOODWARD FOUND DEAD IN AUTO (Continued From Page One) to his home at Gist from his place of employment, the Swartz-Cadillac Motor Co., Baltimore, when stricken. He had formerly been employed by the Westminster Motor Co., as a salesman and was a member of Door-to-Virtue Lodge 46, AF and AM, Westminster. Surviving besides his widow are a son, Charles D. Woodward Jr., at home; two stepchildren, stepchildren, Nelson Hoke, Parkton, Md., and Mrs. George Kilmer, Hedgesville, Hedgesville, W. Va.; two brothers, William, Chicago, and Clarence Woodward, Sparks, Md. Funeral services will be- held Friday at 2 p. m. at the Weer and Haight funeral home, Sykesville, with Masonic rites to be conducted by the Westminster lodge. The Rev Dr. Elwood S. Falkenstein, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Bethesda Bethesda Cemetery, Gist. Friends may call at the Weer and Haight funeral home any time until hour of service.
