by-Mrs. j t.oin-burg. Former County Resident Dies Rites Conducted For Rev. Lewis Mullikin Funeral unices for the Rev. Lewis Mullikin, of North Vernon and a former resident of Nineveh township, were conducted in the North Vernon Christian church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial Burial was in the cemetery there. The Rev. Mr. Mullikin died Saturday Saturday in the 'ome of his daughter, Mrs. Betty Johnson at North Vernon. Vernon. Held Pastorates He was a retired minister of the Christian church and had held pastorates pastorates at, Seymour, Queensville and other towns in northern Indiana. Indiana. Surviving with Mrs. Johnson arc two other daughters, Mrs. Alma Stales, of Ypsilanti. Mich.; Mrs. Verniee Steffen. of Milwaukee, Wis.; and two sons, Myron Mullikin. Mullikin. of North Vernon; and Joseph Mullikin, of Anderson. Others remaining arc a sister, Mrs. Ethel Riggs, of Rush county; and two brothers, Frank Mullikin, of Franklin; and Charles Mullikin, of Beaumont. Texas.
