A Negro Thief. John Flesber. a nesrro slave, belonging to widow G. P. Collins, of ureenvuie. waa arresxea yesieraay morning by Officer Bonllosa in the Second District Alarket, on suspicion or being concerned m the late burglary at Bowles's shoe store on Canal street. A dirk, knife was found in John's belt, which will make his ease worse. We hear besides that the officer has got notes concerning other nefarious doings, which will place the slave in an awkward position.
