Sheriff Jumcl made the following sales, under execution : Plantation of BiBEell & Schlatre, at U".e Village, on Bayou Plaquemine, to the Citizens Bank of Louisiana, plaintiff, for the price of $12,740 ; and the plantation of. oore &. Bis sell, four miles below this place, oo the river, to the same parties for the, price of 22,000 the appraised value in each case. The plantation of the late Janvier Allain, near Bayon Gonla, to J. Amedee Allain, executor, for $15,875, also amount of appraisement. The plantation of Edward Moore, near St. Gabriel's left bank, for the purpose of effecting a partition, was sold to Mrs. Widow Price and Mrs. Eugene Carter, two of the heirs interested, for tai.o - The Anandale plantation of P. C. Ricard & Mother, formerly belonging to Sam. T. Harrison, deceased, was sold to Wm. G. Harrisou, guardian, and plaintiff in execution, for $70,100. v The place of Jenkins 6c Hamilton, on Bayou Maringnoin, to Jos. Denegre, and others, plaintiffs in execution also, for amount of appraisement, $1,057 50. About 1700 acres of land, forming part of the plantation of Hart &. Roane, on Grand River, with the movables remaining thereto attached, (the land, about 700 acres, comprising the improvemements, having been adjudicated in another suit last spring,) to Michael Schlatre, Sr., for $5,825. Also, to same party, the house and lot fronting on Eden street, in this place, formerly the residence of Wm. Hart, for $3,500.
