IMPANELING JURY In the Cass of Dee Baker. In Circuit Court At Barbourville. Barbourville, Ky.. April 18. Special. At 10 o'clock this morning, in the Knox Circuit Court, the argument by counsel closed In the case of the Commonwealth Commonwealth against Thomas Brannam, charged with murder, and the case was given to the Jury. Fifteen minutes later the case of Dee Baker, charged with the murder of Will White, of Clay county, was taken up. After the witnesses witnesses were called the prosecution announced announced ready. The defense asked for time, but later consented to go Into trial, and ten Jurors were obtained from the regular panel.
