Ballinger, former Tucson merchant, died at a local hospital Wednesday. A Tucson resident for 40 years, Mr. Ballinger Ballinger operated a feed and fuel store after World War I. He active in Masonic and civic lodges in the city for many years. H. H. Ballinger Is Dead At Hugh H. Ballinger, 59, a of Tucson for 40 years, died Wednesday morning at a local pital. A native of-East Liberty, county, 0., Mr. Ballinger came Tucson in 1907 and attended the University of Arizona. When he returned from World War I, he established the Ballinger Fuel Feed company.
