Miss Rosella Asher And Carl Chrisner Wed Saturday Night Miss Rosella Asher became the bride of Carl Chrisner in a ceremony ceremony which took place at 9 o'clock Saturday evening, May 24 in the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Boydstun, 707 East Hopkins Street. The bride is the daughter daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Asher, of Thornton, and the bridegroom is well Known in Mexia. The Rev. William H. James, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church read the impressive ring ceremony in -the presence of a fashionable gathering of relatives and close friends. She wore brown and white accessories and her flowers were white carnations. Mrs. Ray Herring was her sister's only attendant. She wore an attractive dress of aqua crepe with brown accessories and a corsage of pink carnations. The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Curtis Chrisner, who served as-best man. A reception was held immediately immediately after the ceremony.
