96th Year-No. 240 HOME in crash Mother, aunts of Springfield resident die A Delaware County woman .escaped serious injury Tuesday in an accident in which her mother and two aunts, ^visiting from Nebraska, were killed when .their car collided with a tractor-trailer truck in Valley Forge Park. . .Mrs. Donna Samuelson, 34, Shipley Lane, Springfield, driver Â·of the car, was treated for at Plioenixville Hospital. Mrs. Samuelson's two aunts and her /mother, who had visiting since Saturday, were in the back seat of the car at the time of the accident. Pronounced dead at Phoenixville Phoenixville Hospital were Mrs. Samuelson's mother Mrs. Wilda Binegar, 60, of North,Platt; and her aunts, Mrs. Leona Maher, 57, of Southerland, and Mrs. Vivian Meyen, 62, of Ogallala. Her father; Simon Binegar, who was riding in the front was .treated at the hospital for injuries .of the head and left arm. : ;. : : . ' The. truck driver, Irving Lutz, 34, of Birdsbpro,. was- reported in critical condition .today at Temple -Hospital, Philadelphia, He suffered head injuries. The car's occupants had been visiting the park when the accident happened at the intersection intersection of Routes 252 and 23 at 11 a.m. .
