The funeral occured Thursday Thursday from the Catholic Church. Court Doings. The first business of importance at this term of court was the fining of the Germania saloon keepers. M. O'Rourke, F. Finnegan, Thos. Kelly, Chas. Knapp and Harry Van Haveln were all arraigned in court Tuesday and pleaded guilty, The court then assessed the lowest fine that he could under the statute, $300 and costs.
