Local Defense Wins Another In Del Norie CRESCENT CITY - A ourt jury of five women and even men denied damages to urn D. Timm, Jr. following a lircc day trial Wednesday afler- oon. Timm, through a complaint iled by his attorney, Robert F. Appcl, in October, 1959, requested $50,000 for "injuries received in automobile bicycle collision Â«r 7, 1958. Defendants in Hie matter, Richard A. and Phyllis Iloinemer, received a favorable verdict the jury after a half hour ol deliberation. Tho Reinemcrs were represen ted by Clayton Itosl, attorney with the firm of Hill and Hill ii Eureka. The trial began Monday will the solecton of the jury of Arthur \V. Lunkley, Klamalh Claud B. Ilolberl, Smith Hiver Mrs. ^hcodore Forscth, Rub; Gifford Joseph E. Johnson, Eli norc Jondahl, Nathan W. Lillian M. Grant, Andrew Miltoi Westlund, Gilbert H. Fulkerson and Lewis N. Payne, all of cent City; and Dora Sanders Klamath.
