in two Mil 2 several and a of being on Feb. 22, 1888. They" farmed most of their lives around Scales Mound. Her husband died In 1938 and she moved to the village of Scales Mound four years ago. > She was a member of the Scales Mound Methodist Church and the Woman's Society of Christian Service. She also sang in the choir. Surviving are one son,, Alfred, near scales Mound; one daughter Mrs. John Hlckman, Oneida, 111.; three sisters, Mrs. Ida Lupton, Council Hill; Mrs. Myrtle Hillman and Miss Neta Eckstein, both of Freeport; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Alfred Knuckey home near Scales Mound and at 2 p.m. at the Scales Mound Methodist Church. Rev. Hillard Howard will officiate and burial will be in Scales Mound Cemetery. The body is at the Nash Funeral Home. HARRY A. WALKER / of
