shot revolver and two rings A woman living upstairs told officers officers she could identify the thief, whom she saw leaving the rear the house. CONTEST SLOWS ESTATE Probate of the will of Hyrum Belnap, pioneer Ogden lumberman civic leader, had today been delayed delayed by transfer of the case to the trial calendar of Second district court because of a contest filed Flora Beinap, a daughter. Eight other children of Mr. Belnap Belnap approved a petition of H. A. Beinap as executor of the will. The petition said the estate was "not over $10,000" in value, and consisted of Mr. Belnap's residence, shares of stock of the Hyrum Belnap Co., Inc., and 81 unimproved lots, the yearly rental of all of which is not over $2,300.
