MR. SAMUEL ALLISON LEMMON LEMMON aged 85 years, died at the lome of his son-in-law and daugh-^ ter, Mr. and Mrs. Luellon Howells,, DixonviUe, at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, Wednesday, January 30. Born January 28, 1872, in Cher- ryhill Twp., Indiana Co., a son of the late Jacob and Anna Alii* son Lemmon he lived the early part of his life in that twp.; had been a resident of Green Twp. since 1909 and retired in 1942, living in DixonviUe ever since that time. Surviving are his wife, Alice* Paul Lemmon; four sons: Paul A.* Lemmon, Lewisburg; Maynard C. Lemmon, Lemmon, Cherry Tree; Deckers Point; Willard Robert G. Lemmon, Cherry Tree; three daughters, Mrs. William (Velma) Howe, Jeannette; Mrs. Craig (Mary) (Mary) Shurtleff, Mt. Morris, N.Y.;' Mrs. Luellon (Hope) Howells, Mxonville; one nephew, .Thomas Stephens, Greene Twp., Indiana Co. 37 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. A sister, Mrs.. Anna-W belle Stephens is deceased. Friends will be received at the Howells home after 7:00 p.m. today today (Thursday) and may also pay their repects on Saturday at the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Dixonville, Dixonville, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., at which time services will be conducted conducted there. The Rev. Frank B. Miller will officiate. Interment in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana. Robinson-Lytle's, Indiana, Pa. ^ are in charge of services.
