Reyman Funeral services for George W- W- Reyman, who had resided in California California the past few years, were conducted at the Methodist church here at two o'clock Friday alter' noon. The following nephews of the deceased were pallbearers: Carroll Reyman, Virgil Volkeit, LrOuis Keyman, Alien vonten, Kenneth Joy and Stanley Heilman. Burial was in Mount Hope cemetery cemetery at Battle Creek, under direction direction of the Wilson-Hull Wilson-Hull Wilson-Hull Service. Service. George William Reyman was bom on a farm near Lyons, in Clinton county, Iowa, on April 2. 1878 and passed away at the horns of his son, Ross, m San Diego, Calif., on June 5, 1955 at the age of 77 years, two months and three days. At the age of 13 years, he moved moved with his parents to a farm southwest of Cushing. On February February 20, 1906, he was united in marriage to Lillian Amanda Johnson, Johnson, who preceded him in death in December, 1949, After farming for 40 years in Douglas township, about a mile north of Cushing, hr moved to a small farm at Lor- Lor- rectionville, where he livert until 1952 at which time he went to California and made his home there with his children. Ho is survived by three sons, Kaiph and Koss 01 »an uiego, Calif., and Glenn of Burbank. Calif, four daughters. Mrs Hazel Kiel of Chicago, 111., Mrs Feme Wetmoro and Mrs Arby Haley o: Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs Phyl lis Hollebrands of Dcs Moines; fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; three sisters Mrs name joy 01 si. rranci.*, Kans.. Mrs John Joy of Cherokee, and Mrs Louella Yolkert, and four brothers, Charles of San Jose, Calif., William of Sioux City and Frank and Ernest of Cushing. Ho was preceded in death oy an infant infant son, Leland Keith, and a sister sister and a brother. Of Mr Reyman's family, those able to be here for the funeral, were Mr and Mrs Ross Reyman of San Diego, Mr and Mrs Horace Kiel of Chicago and Mr and Mrs Carroll Hollebrands of Des Moines. Mrs Russell Pruehs, as ninth district secretary of the American Legion Auxiliary, attended the Ida county meeting of the Legion Auxiliary Wednesday evening at Holstein. The Lyle Hansen family entertained entertained Mr and Mrs Anthony Mann ad, daughters of Alta, at dinner SUhday last week. Mr and Mrs Ardell Countryman and family of Pierson and Mr and Mrs Rodney Hansen and children of Holstein, spent the evening in the Hansen home. Hecent visitors of Mr and Mrs Henry Camarigg were Rose and Don Harrington, of Battle Creek,' Mrs Katherine Rvan and Aliet Cushman of Sioux City, Mrs Cyril Essig of South Sioux City, and Mrs-Olive Mrs-Olive Mrs-Olive Robertson ol 'Correctionville. Mrs Berneice Anderson entered Morningside college in Sioux City, o Monday last week for the summer summer term. 1 1
